The Civil Aviation Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain has begun a project to replace the existing Air Traffic Management System. This required designing, installing, and commissioning a new air traffic management system on the new premises, designed for planned backup and unforeseen circumstances. This system should subsequently smoothly take over air traffic control, thus replacing the existing system with the latest Air Traffic Management System. A new controlers simulator was designed, installed and put into operation. This new complex should provide air traffic services and training for air traffic control personnel for the next ten years.
The EnSeCo team successfully and with high quality implemented such a complex project in 2021 and 2022.
