EnSeCo has successfully completed a major project to modernise the technical and system infrastructure as part of a large-scale upgrade of the Air Traffic Management (ATM) system of Georgia’s national air navigation service provider — Sakaeronavigatsia.
The main objective of the project was the comprehensive replacement of outdated equipment and the enhancement of the reliability of the ATM infrastructure, ensuring the safety and efficiency of air traffic operations within Georgian airspace.
As part of the project, EnSeCo carried out the following key activities:
- Complete replacement of the core ATM system equipment with a modern solution in line with current international standards;
- Installation of a redundant (backup) ATM system to ensure uninterrupted and fault-tolerant operation;
- Deployment of a system simulator for the training and continued professional development of air traffic controllers and technical personnel.
The project was implemented strictly in accordance with the agreed timeline and in full compliance with all technical specifications and quality standards.
Thanks to the coordinated efforts of EnSeCo specialists and close cooperation with the Sakaeronavigatsia team, the modernisation was completed successfully, and the new systems have been commissioned.
